These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of powerwashingandmore.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Power Washing And More ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are based on the information you provide and a visual review of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from what was represented at the time of estimate (size, accessibility, surface condition, additional services). You will be notified of any change before work proceeds.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Service dates are confirmed in writing (email or text).
• We may reschedule due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control; we will give you as much notice as possible.
• Customer cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a trip/mobilization fee.

Property Access & Preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the property, working water and (where applicable) power, and to remove or secure fragile items, vehicles, and pets in the work area. You are responsible for closing windows and doors before service begins.

Soft Wash & Pressure Wash Disclosures

• Pressure and soft washing are intended to clean — they will not repair existing damage (cracks, failing paint, deteriorated sealants, oxidized finishes, soft mortar, or rotted wood) and may reveal pre-existing conditions.
• We use industry-standard cleaning solutions. Plants and landscaping are rinsed; we are not responsible for damage caused by failure to disclose sensitive vegetation, water sources, or property conditions.
• Roof soft washing follows manufacturer-recommended low-pressure methods. We are not liable for pre-existing leaks, failing fasteners, or aged materials.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon completion of service. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Returned-check and collection costs are the customer's responsibility.

Warranty

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 7 days and we will return to address the concern. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photos, and our brand name — is owned by Power Washing And More or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
